We pay professionals what they've earned through their experience, credentials, education, and capabilities, while billing our clients responsibly.

We reject the industry practice of charging clients double or more what the professionals performing the work actually earn. Fair compensation and responsible billing are not mutually exclusive, and profitability should never come at the expense of either. When the right alignment isn't there, we're willing to walk away because integrity matters more than a transaction. Above all, I'm proud of the school and internship programs we've developed to cultivate the next generation of safety leaders.
